Actual Outflows
Actual
outflows rose from US$ 318.64 million in
1999-2000 to US$ 4531.87 million in the year 2005-06, a jump of 1422%.
In
the year 2006-07, actual outflows stood at US$ 11001.28 million as compared to
US$ 4531.87 million during the last year.

Annexure-2.
